Not a problem! We’ve got many solutions for a lack of space for activities.

Venue Hire:
We have a network of venues and studios ew can reach out to for rental, which will provide the props and mats. Please note: this will only work on ‘off-peak’ times as studios are in-use at peak times before and after work.

We can also help you hire stunning venues like Shoreditch Treehouse or The Gherkin for your events.

On-Site:
If we can’t find a suitable venue, we have a whole host of activities that are suited to open-plan offices, meeting or conference rooms.

We do not currently offer yoga/fitness mat rental in-house, however we do have different partners we can work with to provide these for you.

Premium Yoga mat rental (thick, non-slip eco rubber mats), cost £5 per mat, per day, with a minimum cost of 20 mats. Courier charges are on top, which tend to start from £70 each way.

Our smaller clients tend to decide to invest in mats to keep in the office or on-site long-term instead of renting for a one-off event. If you need help finding mats that' don’t break the bank, please get in touch and we will help you source them.

Absolutely, yes! Here at Differently Wellbeing we are incredibly passionate about fitness, wellness and mindfulness being accessible and available to all, and so we will go above and beyond to make sure ALL of your team are welcomed and included. We’ve had someone with a double leg amputation join a vinyasa yoga class, wheel-chair users who joined in Mindful Morning Energiser conference openers, people with hearing difficulties and more join us and thrive in our sessions. To help us help you and your team, it is always key for us to be made aware of any mobility issues or special requirements early on in the booking process, so that we can start to plan accordingly and ensure your whole team is factored in and cared for.

We do! All of our instructors will bring along their own speakers when they come to teach, unless you have a sound system you’d rather hook us up to to use.

If you’ve got requests for a particular musical theme or vibe that you want bringing, we are all ears - excellent playlists are somewhat of a Differently Speciality!

We offer a flat-rate pricing of sessions, rather than a pay-per-head.

We offer off-peak (between 9.30am-5pm start times) and peak (pre 9.30am start or after 5pm start) and the price remains the same from 1-50 people. For more than 50+ people, please enquire.

We also offer a discount on virtual sessions vs on-site sessions, and offer a complimentary replay of your session FOC for 7 days.

We get it, things happen and we need to pivot (said in Ross’s voice, obviously)!

Rebooking / Cancellation Policy:
7 Days prior - no charge
3-7 days prior - 50% charge
24-72 hours notice - 75% charge
0-24 hours notice - 100% charge

For sessions booked more than 2 months away, we require a deposit to secure your booking. Either 50% charge, or £100, whichever is less. This amount will be taken off your final booking amount, and will be refunded to you (- a £20 admin fee) should you need to cancel more than 7 days prior to the event.
